Kelsea Ballerini gave one of her youngest fans the gift of music at a time when he most needs it. Nine-year-old Ayden Morgan of Ocala, FL is blind and battling brain cancer, and recently was granted his wish to see Kelsea in concert through nonprofit organization Do It For The Love. Earlier this year, Ayden attended Kelsea's St. Augustine show and got to go backstage to meet her and take some pictures. They discussed their common love of music and playing guitar, so Ayden was beyond thrilled when a surprise package holding an electric guitar showed up at his house. The guitar was customized with Aydren's name in Braille, and there was a handwritten note from Kelsea with it which read, “Ayden, meeting you in St. Augustine really touched my heart, and I wanted to get you a special guitar to encourage you to keep playing and using your life. All my love, Kelsea.”

In a video taken by his mom and shared on Facebook Ayden said, “I can't believe Kelsea Ballerini sent this to me . . . My favorite singer sent me the most amazingest, most greatest thing. I'm so happy right now that she sent me this. I can feel the love.”

Next month, Kelsea takes the stage of the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville as part of the Grand Ole Opry.
