Brad Paisley has released the music video for his current single, “Bucked Off,” a light-hearted breakup song that the singer has described as “turbo twang retro-futuristic rockin’ hi-fidelity country music.” Portions of the video were filmed at the world-famous Tootsies Orchid Lounge in downtown Nashville when Brad played a free pop-up show in December. Funny clips from possible breakups and live footage from rodeos are mixed in with the performance footage.
The video for "Bucked Off" may get some laughs, but Brad tells us the song's message is important. ["Every cowboy knows that you don't lay on the ground for very long. You don't walk away. You get back on the horse or bull or whatever it is, get back on because that's really the trick to life, I think, and this song is good advice for probably two-thirds of my audience on any given concert night."] SOUNDCUE (:22 OC: . . . given concert night.)
Brad co-wrote “Bucked Off” for his upcoming studio album.
